I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth.

• Telehealth available in Los Angeles and New York City.

• In Person Sessions available to those residing in Los Angeles.

Fees and Insurance:

• I do not participate with any insurance plans at this time. At your request, I can provide you with a monthly receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network coverage.

• I encourage you to call you insurance carrier to verify your out-of-network coverage and benefits.

• I offer a sliding scale to those in need. Please contact me for more information.

• Payments accepted: Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Forms:

• Once we’ve schedule our first appointment, I will send you paperwork to complete before the appointment. These forms will include an intake form, disclosure form, consents forms, practice policies and a notice of privacy practices.
